Asian American Justice and Innovation Lab operates for charitable and educational purposes as a recognized 501(c)(3) with EIN 85-3851697.

Specific purpose: to address the need for visible integration of Asian American narratives as an integral part of the collective history and future of social change—through education, community building, the arts, and innovative programming.

• No substantial part of our activities involves lobbying or political campaigning.
• Assets are irrevocably dedicated to charitable and educational purposes.
• Upon dissolution, remaining assets go to a similar 501(c)(3).
